Llanelli Beach Bootcamp was set up in 2013 by Gareth and Becky Hickman along with Chris Williams. Bootcamp has been a tremendous success with hundreds enjoying the experience since launch. The last few years have seen the personal training side of the business kick off in style with many new clients. Recently Llanelli Beach Bootcamp has added additional activities including numerous weight loss programmes. Bootcamp has also entered teams in Mud Runs plus many social activities have taken place to build on the amazing community spirit within the group.
